1. What is Lifetime Email Service?

This service provided by Kyushu University aim to promote cooperation with alumni and alumni associations, endowment activities and to strengthen the engagement of alumni throughout their lives through the dissemination of information from Kyushu University by issuing forwarding email addresses for lifetime use and distributing of email magazines.
The Lifetime Email Address Service ("Old Service"), which started in 2005, has been reborn as a new service incorporating the latest technology and featuring more secure and convenient functions since June 2022.

2. Purpose of use

Forwarding to your preferred email address.(*Forwarding service members only)
Alumni and other users via email.(*Forwarding service members only)
Dissemination of information on the University and its affiliated organizations, etc., via email newsletters, etc., from the University.
Surveys conducted by the University.
Provision and operation of this service to users, including contacting users and responding to inquiries.
Improvement of this service, development of new services, etc.
Preventing the use of this service in a manner that violates the Terms of Service.
Compliance with University regulations and legal obligations.
Purposes incidental to the purposes of use listed in (1) through (8) above.

3. Mail magazine "Qdai-mail Tsushin"

Users (members) will receive the e-mail magazine "Qdai-mail Tsushin" from Kyushu University (including University events, topics, and research results, as well as notices on service suspension for maintenance and any other procedures for this service).
Please note that users of the forwarding service cannot unsubscribe only from the e-mail magazine. If you wish to unsubscribe, please follow the procedure for cancelling your registration as a user of this service.
